Product Intruction:
Available to cast platinum, palladium, iraurita, rhodium and its alloy. Elaborately designed and improved vacuum system, centrifugal system and midium frequency power all helps improve the machines’s quality, minimizs the metal wastage during the melting, after melted, few metal left inside the crucible, even to prolong the curcible life. Materials can be any shape: bar shape, powder shape, rod shape, silk shape, slice shape etc.
This machine is mainly composed with 4 mains components:
1.The first one is power supply: Convert 3 phase alternating current to direct current throught Bridge Rectifier, then to convert direct current to medium frquency power through inverter.
2.The second one is induction heating system: from medium frequency power supply, then throught idnuction coil to generate electric Vortex directly on platinum and other metal to melt metals.
3. The third one is elaborately designed centrifugal casting system: Throught high speed rotating¢rifugal function to inject melted metal liquid into casting chamber in order to complete casting process.
4.The fourth one is vacuum system: Under vacuum condition, high temp melting of metal is isolated from air. Absolute safety operation and superior casting performance. Elaborately designed medium frequency power supply to generate electromagnetic mixing function when melting to help make a even density metal liquid, also to improve the quality of casted parts. Selected high starting speed direct current motor to ensure there is enough time to have metal liquid flowing into every small place of the investment mould before solidification.Vacuum condition to avoid alloy( for example copper alloy) being oxidized. High temp melting of metal is isolated from Hydrogen to avoid metal absorbing too much hydrogen in solidification process, maximizely reduce the casting defects to save cost in making perfect casted parts.
